Gameday Merchandise Associate | Highmark Stadium

Overview

We are seeking a Gameday Merchandise Associate to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Gameday Merchandise Associate, you will provide quick and efficient service to guests, record transactions, collect payment using a point‑of‑sale system, stock merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service. This position is part of the fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment for the new 2026 NFL season at the new home of the Buffalo Bills.

• Properly record all transactions via the point‑of‑sale system and inform guests of amounts owed.
• Collect correct money for transactions, process credit card or cash, and determine correct change.
• Account for all transactions; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
• Provide customer service by being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about available products.
• Ensure fixtures are clean, stocked, and tidy; maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow correct close‑down procedures: leave all store areas clean, tidy, and secure for the next day.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory as needed.
• Provide guidance on retail options and general information.
• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude toward customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Available to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends & holidays).

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Verify patrons’ IDs and open alcoholic beverages.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and counters.
• Demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.
• Self‑motivated, work independently, and work well as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understand written and oral direction and communicate effectively.
• Assist in opening and closing duties including set‑up and breakdown.

Competitive salary starting at $17 per hour, plus 7% commission.

• Lift/move/maneuver up to 25–50 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises (e.g., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
