Retail Associate – Inventory

Starting wage: $18.00 - $20.00. Part time with varying hours; the more you are available, the more you can earn. This role supports accuracy and discipline in inventory management.

• Count and record inventory with precision — accuracy matters.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver, and/or Warehouse work is preferred.
• No inventory experience? Training is provided if you bring the discipline.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking; ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; ability to assume low-level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching); ability to frequently use a ladder; ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
