Beverage Vendor | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE

We are looking for Beverage Vendors to join our team. This role focuses on selling and delivering beverages, accurately handling electronic payments, and maintaining inventory in a lively, high‑volume sports environment. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, the New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills.

• Greets customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.
• Sell and deliver pre‑approved and assigned items directly to fans throughout the assigned seating areas.
• Provide fast, friendly, and courteous customer service in a high‑volume, game‑day environment.
• Accurately handle electronic payments through POS systems.
• Verify guest age and uphold responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with company, federal, and state policies and laws.
• Carry, transport, and manage inventory during events.
• Contribute to a positive and exciting fan experience.
• Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co‑workers, and management.
• Adhere to Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• Previous customer service or guest services experience, preferred.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy periods.
• Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Flexibility to adjust to last‑minute changes and operational needs.
• Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work non‑traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).
• High‑volume vending experience, preferred.

Commission based position with a 10% commission rate.

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 100 lbs.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold.
