Assistant Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service
• Supports the store leadership team and stylists to promote unique customer events
• Actively participates leading the salesfloor and driving engagement in each zone
• Participates in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process
• Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives
• Supports daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures
• Collaborates with key partners to effectively execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes
• Contributes to an inclusive work environment by actively listening to others
• Checks in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience
• Experience being a team player
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
