Part Time Store Sales Representative – Buffalo, NY
We are seeking an experienced field service professional to provide merchandising services and on‑site support to hardware retail stores across a multi‑store territory. This hourly position requires a flexible schedule of about 25 hours per week.

- Merchandising and Customer Support:Travel to and among customer store locations as required. Maintain displays per plan‑ograms, assess inventory, place orders, remove defective product, install POP material, and repair displays and equipment.
- Store Display Resets:Perform physical work to tear down and assemble store displays, including racks and other items, and provide direction to temporary staff when needed.
- Conduct Store Surveys:Complete customer service sheets and surveys, take photos of displays.
- Company Policies & Records:Maintain and submit required receipts and records, follow time‑reporting procedures, and submit hours accurately and promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent. College courses preferred.
- Two years of field service or merchandising experience, ideally in a large‑scale retail environment.
- Ability to read and execute store plan‑ograms efficiently.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Regular travel to and among store locations; occasional overnight stays may be required.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record under Hillman’s Vehicle Policy.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

Sales/Service environment varies by location. May be exposed to cramped quarters, dust, fumes, or odors. Requires daily travel; may involve driving up to 200 miles per day. Hand/eye coordination and functional vision and hearing are required.
