As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest.

Our part‑time Brand Ambassador is responsible for engaging with customers, providing product education, promoting the AEO loyalty program, and ensuring a positive in‑store experience while flexing between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. (We’ll train you on the AEO Selling Model.)
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educate guests on product details, and suggest fitting products to their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• You can flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• You act as an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You are a team player, always willing to help your team get the job done.
• You demonstrate integrity by doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures.

• You have prior retail experience.
