Retail Sales Associate – Keyholder

We are currently hiring a Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for our Walden Galleria location. Our stores offer an exciting selection of games, puzzles, toys, collectibles, and hobby products for every age and occasion. As a Retail Sales Associate Keyholder, you will help maintain daily store operations, support customers in finding the perfect products, and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Additionally, you will play an important leadership role by supporting store operations, assisting team members, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. Moreover, you will help maintain store presentation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Operate the POS system, accurately process transactions, and issue receipts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• In addition, restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Serve as a product expert by providing information about product selection, features, care, and maintenance.
• Furthermore, act as a trusted advisor by helping customers discover products that match their interests and preferences.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Additionally, support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
• Lead by example through positive communication, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
• Finally, assist with store operations and team support as required.

The ideal Retail Sales Associate Keyholder will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Additionally, the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of store operations.
• Passion for board games, puzzles, collectibles, toys, or pop culture.
• Furthermore, the ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Previous Key Holder or supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
