Northtown is currently looking to add part-time Title Clerk's to a few locations to support our existing business.
Occupational
Summary:
- Responsible for maintenance of inventory and lot organization. Assist in tasks pertaining to sales, delivery, service, and inventory lot needs in a timely, organized manor to create an exceptional experience for our customers.
Hours:
afternoon shifts, until 7pm and Saturdays 9AM - 5PM
Essential Job Functions:
- Follow all Northtown Touch Stocking/PDI Work Instructions
- Assist in vehicle merchandising as requested
- Gas all vehicles as requested
- Park inventory units in designated areas (new/used/lease turn in/wholesale)
- Assist in changing license plates and inserts as needed
- Stock the showroom inventory as per instructions from Sales Management
- Clean showroom vehicles as necessary
- Ensure that Inventory parking is maintained in a neat and orderly manner
- Remove snow from vehicles and shovel as necessary
- Clean around the inside and outside of building as needed
Essential Requirements of Employment:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that allows you to get along with customers, vendors, co-workers, staff and management in all departments.
- Adhere to all attendance requirements as outlined in the Northtown Employee Handbook.
- Adhere to all requirements of employment as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Maintain an accurate record of all time worked as outlined in the Northtown Employee Handbook.
- Maintain a safe work environment in the department and comply with all safety policies as outlined in the Northtown Employee Handbook.
- Operate vehicles at an appropriate speed, keeping safety in mind at all times.
- Maintain compliance with all Northtown and OEM required trainings and certifications.
- Attend all required meetings whether departmental; store level; or corporate.
