Client Services Specialist

Pallet Services Inc. is seeking a proactive, driven, and organized individual who is also technologically adept to take on the role of a Customer Support Specialist.

• Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering product information, and relaying product challenges to internal teams.
• Assisting the sales manager and representatives with various tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining customer records.
• Submitting orders to production for processing.
• Preparing sales reports and other documentation as necessary to support the sales team.
• Collaborating with all internal departments.

• A solid understanding of sales processes and the capacity to support sales strategies.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry; prior experience with Mill Manager/Pallet Tracker is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pallet industry highly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, data, and customer information efficiently.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role, from data entry to customer communications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and identify potential challenges before they arise.
• A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering positive relationships.
• The capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes as required.
