Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits;
Customer and team member relations through proper controls such as sanitation, merchandising, payroll, required record keeping and compliance of Company, State and Federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations and laws;
Establish and maintain a working relationship with all support staff:
Price Rite Staff, Vendors and Wakefern Staff;
Manages the necessary recruitment, development, training and counseling of all employees and identifies potential promo table people;
Foster and promote a team culture that is engaged, fun, spirited and productive
