We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. What You Will Do
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring an understanding of their evolving needs and business goals.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Design HVAC systems that meet the specific requirements of each commercial project, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Create and present comprehensive design‑build proposals, including detailed cost estimates, timelines, and project specifications.
  • Partner with project team to ensure the technical and practical feasibility of proposals, guaranteeing accuracy and viability.
  • Promote and secure preventive maintenance (PM) contracts with both new and existing clients, driving recurring revenue.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure prompt, accurate quotes for projects and equipment, while meeting customer expectations.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on precise quotes for HVAC projects and unitary equipment to secure new business.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and keep up with industry advancements.

What

You Will Need
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and design‑build projects.
  • Extensive experience working with a variety of commercial HVAC applications, including system design, installation, and preventive maintenance solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and design principles.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and results‑driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and quality HVAC solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management skills, with a focus on efficiency and precision.
  • Proficient in Service Titan software and Microsoft Office Suite.
