As the Membership Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Amherst studio. Youll own the sales process, help establish best practices, and play a key role in shaping the culture and future of the location.

, Your role is to help them find us and guide them to a better path addressing the six pillars(Energy, Hormones, Metabolism, Gut, Hydration/Nutrition, Muscle).

Base Salary is $55-65k based on experience. Commissions and bonuses on top bring total compensation to 70-85k a year.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and close membership consultations (in-person, phone, and virtual)
  • Drive monthly membership growth and retention
  • Convert inbound leads into long-term members through consultative selling
  • Coach, train, and mentor front-desk and sales-support staff
  • Represent Lindora at local events, partnerships, and community initiatives
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven success in sales, membership sales, or Med Spa / wellness studio management
  • Experience opening new locations or growing businesses from the ground up (highly preferred)
  • A self-starter mindset and comfort in a performance-driven, commission-based role
  • A passion for health, wellness, and helping people reach their goals
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
  • Comfort with technology, CRM/studio software, and performance tracking
