The Client Sales Associate supports revenue growth by working with senior-level strategic sellers to prospect new clients and grow revenue with existing brands. Responsibilities include client research, preparing presentations, completing RFPs, providing Salesforce support, crafting communications, and building relationships with clients via email and in person.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate sales activity from beginning to end.
- Secure initial meetings with new brands, including pharmaceuticals.
- Act as a self-starting sales partner to the VP and SVP of sales, running projects with limited supervision.
- Conduct brand research and outreach for target accounts.
- Support the sales process after the initial meeting through pricing, proposal development, and contracting.
- Maintain full ownership of the New Business "Early Funnel (Stage
1)" pipeline in - Strive for long-term relationships and support a client renewal culture.
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and anticipate client needs.
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, account planning, sales support, communications, or marketing.
- Experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Previous Salesforce experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
- Ability to attend client meetings and team events in person.
- Strong hunter mindset.
- Initiative and self-motivation.
- Ambition and interest in directly impacting business results.
Base Salary Band: $50,000 - $65,000 Variable compensation: up to $12,000.
Our total compensation package includes competitive pay and benefits in line with industry standards, which vary with skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
