What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts (mix of new and established).
  • Build strong relationships and act as a primary point of contact and escalation.
  • Spot and act on opportunities to increase revenue, margin, and product adoption.
  • Drive day-to-day sales activity including quoting, follow-ups, and closing opportunities.
  • Proactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to drive results.
  • Prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Set clear expectations and follow through with urgency and accuracy.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (any industry) OR 1+ year of experience in technology, distribution, or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus quarterly uncapped commission (target ~30%). Commission guaranteed for the first quarter with ramp support from day 1. Hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite) with location in Buffalo, NY. Two schedule options are available (ET): 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Schedule flexibility is strongly preferred.
