Family‑owned electrical distributor seeking a customer‑focused Inside/Counter Sales Representative. Electrical experience is a plus but not required—we provide on‑the‑job training across departments.

Salary Range: $50K–$55K (DOE)
Responsibilities- Assist customers at the counter, through email and over the phone
- Provide product support, order entry, and basic quotes
- Build relationships with contractors and walk‑in customers
- Support daily inside sales and warehouse coordination
- Learn electrical products through hands‑on training
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Organized and dependable
- Electrical or construction experience a plus (not required)
- $50K–$55K (DOE)
- PTO, holidays and benefits including health insurance and 401K

Location:
Buffalo, NY | Monday‑Friday | At‑will | EOE | Pay‑transparency compliant
Candidates must be able to handle substantial walking and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
