Hearst Digital Marketing Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced seller to join our team. As a Digital Media Advisor, you will develop and pitch digital media strategies to drive business growth for our SMB clients. This position is fully remote.

- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required

- First‑year earnings between $95,000 and $105,000 on target

Currently accepting remote applicants located within a Central time zone.
In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York State. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York State, is $45–$60k base. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York State. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York State, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location.
A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non‑discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, certifications, and education.
