What You’ll Do- Drive new business through prospecting, relationship development, and your professional network
- Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder conversations with business owners and executive buyers (C‑suite, CFO, HR leaders)
- Manage a strategic sales process with high-value deals and deep discovery
- Build and leverage referral networks and strategic partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design and close
- Professional sales experience in PEO, HCM, BPO, staffing, or adjacent industries (SaaS, insurance, financial services)
- Proven ability to sell in a consultative, relationship‑driven environment with complex deals
- Experience engaging executive‑level buyers and navigating multi‑stakeholder decisions
- Strong network and ability to generate business through referrals and relationships
- Trusted advisor mindset with credibility in risk, compliance, and workforce conversations
- High ownership, accountability, and drive to win in a competitive, high‑value environment
- PEO or HCM experience is a plus, not required.
