Key Responsibilities- Manages assigned existing accounts to create strategic plans that enhance reseller go‑to‑market growth, initiatives, and strategies.
- Generates revenue, drives profit, and advances market share by positioning and selling Ingram’s products, programs, and services.
- Maintains an executive‑level contact with accounts, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
- Focuses on account support within territories that are of significant strategic importance to the organization.
- Engages in tactical selling and knowledge‑based solutions to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals.
- Supports large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and prioritizing work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years previous sales or customer‑service experience (preferably in a related industry) or one year of technology or distribution experience in a sales, support, or customer‑service capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong selling skills, organizational abilities, and problem‑solving agility.
- Moderate knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Team‑player, able to partner effectively with others, multi‑task, respond to rapid change, perform duties with accuracy, and prioritize work independently.
- Ability to handle large quantities of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to travel when requested.
- Base pay range: USD 44,500.00 – 75,600.00 per year, depending on location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
- Eligible for merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives, and long‑term incentives.
