Sales & Marketing Assistant — Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Trainee for someone who is quick, confident with people, comfortable on the phone, and looking for a real path into business.

You will start by supporting our sales team: talking with people, screening candidates, setting up interviews, completing work orders, onboarding workers, keeping records accurate, and helping make sure everything gets done.

This starts as support for our sales and recruiting team, but we are hoping to find the kind of person who can, within a year or so, quickly learn the business, earn trust, and grow into a bigger role.

• You are confident talking to people and not afraid of the phone.
• You are competitive, quick, and want to get good at something useful.
• You are comfortable with computers and can type faster than me.
• You can handle details, follow through, and keep promises.
• You are friendly, likable, and have enough backbone to deal with contractors.
• You can work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.
