- Competitive base salary plus quarterly uncapped commission (target ~30%) with commission guaranteed for the first quarter (ramp support from day
1). - Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite, with schedule options (ET): 9:30AM–6:30PM or 10:00AM–7:00PM.

Ingram Micro is expanding its SMB (Small & Medium Business) segment and hiring 20+ Account Representatives to drive momentum and capture new opportunities across its reseller base. This is a high‑energy, customer‑facing role where you will own and grow a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do- Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts, including new and established customers.
- Build strong relationships and serve as a primary point of contact and escalation.
- Spot and act on opportunities to increase revenue, margin, and product adoption.
- Drive day‑to‑day sales activity, including quoting, follow‑ups, and closing opportunities.
- Proactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions.
- Partner cross‑functionally with internal teams and vendors to drive results.
- Prioritize effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Set clear expectations and follow through with urgency and accuracy.
- Consistently driving revenue and growth across the account base.
- Building strong, trusted relationships with customers.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Taking ownership and delivering results with minimal supervision.

- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (any industry) OR 1+ year of experience in technology, distribution, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Base pay range: USD $44,500.00 – $75,600.00 per year, depending on location and role.
