Parking Lot Safety Sales Manager Location: Buffalo/Lockport, NY (On-site)
We're seeking a Parking Lot Safety Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a national portfolio of parking lot safety products. This is an inside sales role focused on developing new business, expanding reseller and distributor relationships, managing key accounts, and growing market share across the U.S.
Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a national network of distributors, resellers, and strategic accounts.
• Prospect and close new business while managing existing customer relationships.
• Drive sales through direct outreach, channel partners, and online marketplaces.
• Serve as the product expert for the parking lot safety portfolio.
• Partner with marketing and operations to support product launches, customer feedback, and sales initiatives.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate CRM records, and reliable sales forecasts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• 2–5+ years of B2B inside sales, account management, or channel sales experience.
• Experience selling through distributors, resellers, or dealer networks is highly preferred.
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience (Hub Spot, Net Suite, Salesforce, or similar).
• Experience in industrial, construction, safety, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.

• Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+
• Uncapped commission structure.
