At Ingram Micro, we're seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support customer retention, renewals, and revenue growth across our technology portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career sales professionals, customer-focused professionals, or internal employees looking to transition into sales.

What You'll Do

  • Drive customer retention, renewals, and net revenue retention (NRR).
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, and digital engagement activities.
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
  • Support sales initiatives across Microsoft, cloud, Adobe, Google, and related technology solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver customer success.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data insights to manage activities and identify opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, customer success, account management, retention, or renewals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technology sales, SaaS, cloud, software, IT services, or channel distribution.
  • Experience supporting renewals, retention, account growth, or NRR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe, Google, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Dynamics, Hub Spot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Understanding of channel partners, distribution, or indirect sales models.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance. U.S.
