As an Outside Sales Representative, you will lead in-home design consultations with

pre-qualified homeowners, delivering luxury transformations with a focus on one-call closing.

• Uncapped Earning Potential: 100% commission-based with top producers earning $120,000 – $300,000+ annually.

• Participate in weekly high-performance sales coaching and strategy sessions.
