A growing organization in the material handling and storage solutions industry is seeking an experienced Regional Sales professional to drive growth across its Canadian sales territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Manage customer activity, pipeline, and sales performance through CRM systems
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product/solution demonstrations to customers and key stakeholders
- Travel approximately 30–50% throughout the assigned territory
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial equipment sales experience
- Must have strong experience selling through distributors
- Material handling industry experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems, CAD software, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently present to and educate large groups
