Senior Account Specialist​/Practice Development Manager; Aesthetic Medical Device-WC, Co NY​/Conn

Role:
Senior Account Specialist supporting Solta's non-invasive medical devices in Upstate NY/Connecticut; responsible for driving sales, territory expansion, product utilization, and customer education.

• develop sales strategies, execute launch plans, conduct product demonstrations, foster key relationships, identify new clients, support workshops and trade shows, and collaborate internally with surgical, marketing, and clinical teams. Ensure customer loyalty through effective service and communication.

• high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 2+ years of B2B or medical sales experience, preferably in FDA-regulated environments selling consumables or to dermatologists/plastic surgeons; strong communication, planning, and organizational skills; technical acumen.

• medical device sales, consumables, dermatology or plastic surgery markets, FDA compliance, highly regulated environment, territory management.

• primarily field-based, with 75% travel; occasional weekends for events; transporting equipment up to 60 pounds.
