** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, lobby areas, ATM and drive-up areas, parking areas and the property perimeter, with working conditions varying by post assignment.

+ Monitor access points and customer traffic, assist with visitor directions, and report suspicious activity and/or security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating response with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports and shift pass-downs, and communicate noteworthy events to oncoming personnel.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
