Lead Officer
The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by providing clear guidance and leadership to Security Officers, ensuring order, enforcing site regulations, and promptly reporting incidents and activities.
Requirements- MUST HAVE SECURITY EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE A CURRENT/VALID/UNEXPIRED NYS GUARD CARD
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility with schedule as needed
- Comfortable being Point of Contact for other Security Officers on shift
- Comfortable making phone calls to fill open shifts when/if necessary to ensure proper site coverage
- Ensure foot patrols completed and all daily activity reports, incident reports, etc. completed properly and notification made to proper personnel
- Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Position can possibly be combined with a Regular Security Officer position on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Wage for Regular Security Officer shifts is $18.00/hr.)
