Security Officer financial instantiation

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific policies, monitoring front desk activity, and assisting visitors, employees, and vendors with access procedures at a financial institution location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through appropriate site and Allied Universal channels;
Verify identification, manage visitor logs, issue access credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through consistent front desk presence and policy awareness;
Answer phones, greet incoming guests, provide directions, and support security-related communications between building occupants, management, and/or emergency responders when appropriate;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and entry points from the front desk, document security-related concerns, and escalate issues according to post orders and site-specific procedures
