Security Officer Reception Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a financial institution location;
Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate area;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response activities and reporting guidelines;
Answer phones, support front desk communications, and document visitor activity, deliveries, and/or security-related concerns in required logs or systems;
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior by maintaining a professional presence at the lobby or reception area and communicating observed issues to site contacts as needed
