Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time/Weekend Opportunities

Location: Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York City

• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of property, employees, and visitors
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting individuals as needed
• Enforce policies and procedures
• Document incidents and complete detailed reports promptly and accurately
• Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying potential security risks
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience (prior military experience is highly encouraged)
• Valid New York State Security Guard License (must not expire within the next 90 days)
• Valid State
• Valid FDNY F-04 Fire Guard Credential (Required)
• High-level customer service or hospitality experience is essential
• Must have experience in corporate security environments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
