• Patrol the premises inside and outside the building every three hours.
• Assist with compliance of company, local, state, and federal safety directives.
• Report safety issues, such as fire hazards, vandalism, and suspicious activity.
• Answer the phone and resident call buttons during business and non‑business hours.
• Keep an eye on the entrance and ensure workplace security.

• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to learn and enforce safety procedures.

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:30 pm–8:00 am

Pay rate: $16.26/hour
