Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, observe visitor and shopper activity, and document security-related incidents, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures
