Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies;
Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate visitor logs;
Monitor access points, alarm panels, cameras, and other assigned security-related systems; report unusual activity, unauthorized access attempts, and maintenance concerns;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures;
Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer incoming calls, provide directions or information, and communicate relevant security-related matters to site leadership and Allied Universal management
