FLEX​/FLOAT Security Officers

Securitas is hiring FLEX/FLOAT Security Officers to provide reliable coverage across multiple client locations. In this role, you will protect people, property, and assets through patrols, access control, and vigilant monitoring. Responsibilities include conducting foot or vehicle patrols, managing entrances and exits, checking IDs and badges, responding to alarms and incidents, and documenting all activities in clear reports. You will work in a mission-driven, safety-focused culture with ongoing training, advancement opportunities, and exposure to diverse client sites and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible security coverage across multiple client sites as assigned
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols to protect people, property, and assets
• Monitor access control, visitor management, and badge/
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following post and client procedures
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Operate security technology such as CCTV, alarms, and communication systems
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service to clients, visitors, and employees
• Follow all Securitas and client policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
• Participate in required training and maintain certifications and licenses
