Security Officers

Securitas is hiring Flex/Float Security Officers to provide professional protection at multiple client sites. In this mobile role, you will cover shifts, vacancies, and special assignments, performing patrols, access control, and incident response. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances and CCTV, enforcing site procedures, writing detailed reports, and assisting visitors with a strong customer-service mindset. You'll work in a mission-driven, safety-focused culture with structured training, licensing support, and opportunities to advance into supervisory and specialist security roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide flex/float security coverage across multiple client sites as assigned
• Perform foot and vehicle patrols to protect people, property, and assets
• Control access, verify credentials, and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe, detect, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and safety issues
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following post orders
• Prepare clear written incident and daily activity reports
• Operate security technologies such as CCTV and access control systems
• Deliver professional customer service and support to clients and visitors
• Follow all Securitas and client safety, security, and ethical standards
• Adapt quickly to different post duties, schedules, and environments
