Weekend Security Officers

Securitas is seeking Weekend Security Officers to protect people, property, and assets at client sites. In this role, you will patrol facilities, monitor access control and CCTV, respond to alarms and incidents, and complete detailed reports. You will enforce site rules, provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff, and quickly escalate safety or security concerns. Securitas offers paid training, uniforms, and clear pathways to advancement.

Ideal candidates are professional, observant, reliable, and able to stand or walk for extended periods while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned premises and monitor for safety or security issues
• Control access, verify identification, and manage visitor entry
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems and respond to alerts
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate situations, and contact emergency services as needed
• Document incidents and daily activities in clear, accurate reports
• Enforce client and site policies, rules, and regulations
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff
• Conduct safety checks, inspections, and lockup/opening procedures
