Overnight Security Assistant-Floor Tech

This is a full-time dual role position covering the front desk as security and maintaining cleanliness of carpets when not working security shifts.

Shift is 11:30pm to 8:00am

Security Assistant

Responsibilities include:

• Patrol the premises inside and outside the building every 3 hrs.
• Assist with compliance of company, local, state and federal safety directives
• Report safety issues, such as fire hazards, vandalism and suspicious activity
• Answer the phone and resident call buttons during business and non-business hours
• Keep an eye on the entrance and ensure workplace security

Floor Tech

Responsibilities Include:

• Operating floor cleaner to maintain cleanliness of common areas and hallways
• Report any housekeeping issues to housekeeping supervisor

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• Willingness to learn and enforce safety procedures
