We are seeking a Lighting Technician (L3) to work with the Show and Event Services Department in the Buffalo Branch in Buffalo NY.

Responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and operation of small to large lighting systems for live events. Reports to and works with the Lighting Department Head to execute show needs.

• Equipment Operation/Maintenance
  • Lighting fixture setup and focus, electrical and dimmer controls, lighting console programming and operation.
  • Rigging safety knowledge for lighting equipment
  • Strong computer skills – CAD or Vector Works a plus
  • General Audio, Lighting, Rigging, Décor, Staging abilities & knowledge
  • Pull Equipment, Load In, Set up, Operate, Take Down, Load Out & Shop duties
  • Warehouse & Equipment Responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned

• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills proven through demonstrated ability to interact well with clients both internal and external.
• Maintain a professional image in compliance with company appearance/dress code
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible and short-notice work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
