The award-winning team at WONDER is seeking Installation Experts with excellent customer service. We are looking for experienced, responsible, career focused Installation professionals to join our team on apermanent, full-timebasis. Even if you have similar construction experience, we may be interested in training you further to expand your knowledge.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to safely use power tools.
- The ability to use a metal brake to trim windows and doors.
- Work on a ladder or scaffolding as needed.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to our job specifications.
- Load and transport job materials to the job site.
- Prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features.
- Reviewing project details with customers in their home.
- Collect payment from customers at substantial completion of job.
- NYS Driver’s License Required.
- Cooperative, easy-going personality when dealing with customers.
- Ready to learn as well as teach others so that we all improve together.
- Having a positive, safety focused outlook.
- Able to work 8–9-hour days if needed and OT on Saturday mornings.
- Entry level - 2 years of experience installing windows and doors: $22.00- $24.00 per hour
- 3+ years of experience: $25.00 -$35.00 per hour
