Field Service Technician – Freeze Drying Systems

$60,000–$65,000/year + overtime + bonus

Up to 80% travel (domestic & international)

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support freeze-drying equipment installed at customer sites worldwide.

• Perform preventive maintenance on freeze-drying systems at customer sites
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues (PC/PLC)
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and startup
• Complete service reports and maintain quality documentation
• Provide on-call support as required
• Represent the company professionally while building strong customer relationships

• Technical certificate or associate degree (electro-mechanical, process, or related field)
  or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3–5 years of experience installing, commissioning, or maintaining industrial equipment
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Experience with complex industrial systems (pharma/biotech preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including internationally

• Experience in FDA-regulated environments
• Familiarity with freeze-drying (lyophilization) processes
• Ability to troubleshoot independently under time constraints
