Overview
Location: Buffalo, NY
Position: Marine Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $20-$35 per hour (based on experience)
- Must have your own tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle
Our client is seeking a skilled Marine Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of boat systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with various mechanical and electrical systems commonly found on different types of vessels.
Key Responsibilities- Perform repairs and maintenance on engines (gas, diesel, outboard, inboard, I/O)
- Work with electrical/electronic systems (110V/12V)
- Handle plumbing systems (pressure water/sanitation)
- Service refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
- Perform sail and rigging repairs
- Conduct minor fiberglass repair, woodwork, and hardware rebedding
- Install new equipment as requested by the client
