Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks including tire replacements/flat repairs, brake repairs, electrical diagnostics, and basic structural repairs on tractor and trailer equipment;
Oversee recall campaigns and sign off on completion;
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ABS system and specialized equipment including refrigerated units, lift gates, and frame alignment;
Onboard and mentor new technician trainees; act as team lead to coordinate shift support and tasks;
Follow safety requirements while at a customer or rail yard; professionally operate assigned service truck and manage parts inventory; accurately complete work orders and document damages
