Tri‑R Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking motivated, entry‑level HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long‑term career in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians on a wide range of equipment including RTUs, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment across commercial and national account customers.

• Assist senior technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.
• Learn system operation, controls, and refrigeration cycles.
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition.

• HVAC/R trade school.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
