Position OverviewTri‑R Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking motivated, entry‑level HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long‑term career in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry. You will work alongside experienced technicians on a wide range of equipment including RTUs, refrigeration systems, and mechanical equipment across commercial and national account customers.
Responsibilities- Assist senior technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.
- Learn system operation, controls, and refrigeration cycles.
- Complete service documentation accurately and professionally.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition.
- HVAC/R trade school.
- EPA 608 Certification preferred.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Hands‑on training with experienced technicians.
