Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Construction Laborers for projects located in the Buffalo, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $19-24/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Construction Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to further your career!
Job Scope:
* Assist skilled trades on active construction sites
* Load and unload construction materials and equipment
* Prepare and clean job sites to maintain safe working conditions
* Use hand tools and basic power tools
* Assist with demolition, site prep, and material handling
* Follow OSHA safety procedures and jobsite protocols
* Support carpenters, labor crews, and other trades as needed
Requirements
* Previous construction labor experience required
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
