Job Overview
We are actively hiring experienced Fulfillment Residential Technicians – In-Home Installation for ongoing residential telecom projects across multiple U.S. markets. Technicians will perform customer-facing installations, service activations, troubleshooting, and equipment setup within residential homes. This role is ideal for technicians with experience in FTTH, broadband, cable, or telecom installation environments who are comfortable working independently and delivering excellent customer service.
Scope of Work- Complete in-home residential service installations and activations
- Install and configure fiber, internet, cable, and telecom equipment
- Install ONTs, modems, routers, Wi‑Fi systems, and related customer equipment
- Perform drop installations and cable routing when required
- Conduct signal testing, troubleshooting, and service verification
- Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
- Educate customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting
- No experience required; previous experience in residential telecom, cable, broadband, or fiber installation is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic telecom and hand tools preferred
- 1099 contract, commission based pay based on production
- Per diem available for eligible travel markets
- Consistent workload and long-term project opportunities
- Weekly pay structure
