Lead Carpenter​/Foreman

• Acts as the frontline in achieving the company goals of superior product quality and superior customer satisfaction within the four divisions of the company which includes window, door, skylights, sunroom additions, kitchen, bath, and basement finishing.
• Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required
• Responsible for planning and layout of project
• Reviewing project details with customers
• Communicating each step of the project to homeowners
• Performs some electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work as needed
• Performs complex trim and cabinet work
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes

We are looking for professional experienced lead carpenters/foreman who have their own hand tools, clean driver’s license, and own transportation to start.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in the trade.
