Position SummaryT-Mark is seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber who is serious about building a long‑term career in the plumbing industry. This is not a temporary position or a general labor role—we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn the trade, develop their skills, and grow into a successful Plumbing Technician.
The Apprentice Plumber will work alongside experienced plumbers, assisting with residential plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and service while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.
Responsibilities- Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
- Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Assist with installing and repairing water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and sewer systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly use and care for tools, equipment, and materials
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete required paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Represent T-Mark professionally at all times
- Must have a genuine interest in pursuing plumbing as a long‑term career
- Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the industry
- Previous plumbing, construction, mechanical, or trade experience is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Coachable attitude and ability to take direction
- Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
