Lead Residential HVAC Installer
We are looking for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer.
Responsibilities- Furnace and A/C installs, change‑outs, "cut in" type installs and ductless minisplits.
- Complete most types of residential install unsupervised, utilizing advanced understanding of heating, air conditioning and air distribution theory.
- 2-3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Clean cut, well spoken, clean driving record, passes criminal background check.
- Own reliable transportation (work vehicle provided) and HVAC trade hand tools.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
