Overview
Seasonal
- Weekly Pay- with possibility of permanent placement
$19.00-$24.00 an hour
Responsibilities- General duties to prepare units for move-in
- Replacing flooring
- Installing cabinets and/or countertops
- Cosmetic repairs which will include plaster, painting, etc.
- Cleaning of unit as needed
- Effective communication with tenants, management, and staff
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned
- Commuting to different job sites
- Valid Driver s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Must have tools to complete tasks outlined above
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work both alone and as part of a team
- Must be able to think on your feet and apply troubleshooting techniques
$19.00 - $24.00
Benefits- Bi-Weekly Mileage Reimbursement
Monday through Thursday- 8am-6:30pm
Experience- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- License/Certification:
Valid Driver s License (Required)
