Depending on experience, you can earn $20.00 - $29.00/hour

In this installation position, you typically work from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
. Overtime is available, and some on‑call is required. You are responsible for guiding your installation team in completing quality work and providing excellent customer service.
You arrive to jobs on time and well‑equipped, lead your team in installing boilers, furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless systems. You perform thorough, top‑quality work, complete necessary documentation, and communicate with dispatch to ensure efficient daily flow.
Qualifications- 2 years of experience
- Great customer service skills
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training
- 2+ years of installation experience preferred
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
